UPLB will be hosting the UP President Nominees' Forum on Sept 20 at the DL Umali Hall at 1:30PM.  The forum, the first in a series of fora,  is an activity of the UP Board of Regents (BOR) that aims to provide a platform where University constituents can  get to know better the UP President nominees.  During the forum, each nominee will be given a limited time to present his or her vision for the University. After the presentation, the audience may raise some questions to the nominees.

The event will be open to UPLB constituents and will also be web streamed over the UP website. UPLB Chancellor Luis Rey I. Velasco is one of the nominees running for the UP presidency. The election of the new president will be held tentatively between Nov. 17 to Dec. 3, 2010.

The next two fora will be held in UP Diliman on Sept.24 at the NISMED auditorium, from 1:30 to 5:00pm and in UP Manila on Oct.14 at the Science Hall, from 1:30 to 5:00pm.
