This summer 2010, units of the University of the Philippines Los Baños will once again conduct their yearly training programs. To get a glimpse on what is in store, visit the website of the Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Research and Extension (OVCRE) at http://ovcre.uplb.edu.ph/index.php/trainings-at-uplb You can also just download the attached catalog in PDF. Nearly a hundred programs are offered to increase livelihood know-how, teaching and research capability, and business or managerial competency. For those whose training needs do not fall on a summer, arrangements can still be arranged. With proper request, UPLB through its various units can offer basic and specialized training courses at any given time or place the requesting party chooses.
