- For new graduate students, bring your notice of admission, go to your temporary adviser and get list of recommended courses. Have it signed by adviser.
- For continuing students, bring your approved Plan of Coursework and any approved revision to this plan
- If enrolling for Thesis/Dissertation, completely fill up a Thesis/Dissertation enrolment form, and have this signed by your adviser and the GS Secretary. (For those who have enrolled at least 3 units of Thesis/Dissertation, make sure you already have an approved Thesis/Dissertation
Step 2:
- With the requirements above, go to the Office of the University Registrar and look for Mr. Jerson Tersol. Submit to him the list of courses with the corresponding sections that you intend to enroll. Note that he will not allow you to enlist in courses outside of your approved plan of coursework or any approved revisions thereof (for continuing students) or of the list recommended by the temporary adviser (for new students).
Step 3:
If you are already satisfied with the courses enlisted and will no longer make any changes to this schedule, then you may request Sir Jerson to finalize your enrolment. Otherwise, wait until you have the desired schedule before finalizing. If you have a SystemOne account, you may login to your account and finalize your enrollment. You may also delete courses online but you cannot add new courses online.
Step 4:
After finalizing, wait for at least 24 hours then get your Form 5 at the Graduate School and have this checked by Ms. Cha dela Peña. Pay your fees.
