The Chancellor	The chancellor is the executive officer of UPLB responsible to the President of the University of the Philippines System. He is the ex-officio head of the Faculty of UPLB.
The Vice-Chancellor for Instruction	The Vice-Chancellor for Instruction assists the Chancellor in coordinating curricular, instructional, library and other academic programs in UPLB.
The Vice-Chancellor for Research and Extension	In the 113th meeting of the Board of Regents (BOR) held on October 23, 1997, the Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Research and Extension (OVCRE) was created to streamline the research and extension function of the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
The Vice-Chancellor for Administration	The administrative functions in the university is headed by the Vice-Chancellor for Administration.
The Vice-Chancellor for Planning and Development	The planning and physical development of UPLB campus is the main focus of the Vice-Chancellor for Planning and Development.
The Vice-Chancellor for Community Affairs	The public relations aspect of the university is handled by the Vice-Chancellor for Community Development.
